Kingdom Home Builders has been creating homes for its clients for over 25 years. We have been fortunate enough to have been involved with some of Cleveland’s most unique, one-of-a-kind, custom projects.

President
With over 30 years of architecture and residential development experience, Jeff prides himself on providing his clients with the most cutting edge materials and products in the construction of their personal sanctuaries.
As the person responsible for helping families build their dreams, Jeff says his primary goal is to always exceed his client's expectations. The local and national recognitions for excellence he has received for his trendsetting interior and exterior designs indicate he has succeeded.
Stacie Halpern
Principle Designer
Directing projects from concept through the entire design process to all the finishing touches of details, Stacie stays ahead of the guys to keep the job moving.
The level of detail on each and every project comes from her passion, drive and commitment to create a timeless tradition you can call home. Stacie uses her expertise and draws on inspiration from around the world to create unique, livable spaces.

Dan Nick
Project Manager
Dan has been a consummate professional for Kingdom Home Builders for over 20 years. Starting out as a Master Carpenter, he bridges the gap between trades and clients. His ability to bring a project in on budget and on time has made him a fan favorite of homeowners. And he is always willing to lend a helping hand and work alongside our craftsmen.
With his unparalleled construction experience and knowledge, Dan is an integral member of the Kingdom Home Builders Family.
